De Kracht van de Tuinsteden (2019)

‘De Kracht van de Tuinsteden’ was a participatory project, which were structured around five theatre workshops for residents in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. The aim of this project was to give resident a opportunity to tell their stories from their lives inside an area which is viewed upon as a urban ghetto, however also have a architectural history significance surrounding Cornelis van Eesteren and the AUP. The result of this project was a public workshop and a performance (Museums Guide) in the Van Eesteren Museum and an exhibition and a performance (Tour Guide) with New Metropolis- Nieuw-West.

This project was supported by the Mondriaan fonds, AFK, the EFL fonds, New Metropolis-Nieuw-West, Combiwell and the Van Eesteren Museum.
